Curried Rice and Apple Sauce
|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked|
|Apple sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1)In blazer pan, melt butter and cook onion on direct flame until tender and golden.
2)Add rice and apple sauce. Mix well.
3)In a small bowl, mix curry powder with little cold water.
4)Add into rice and fold in salt. Heat thoroughly.
5)Serve as an accompaniment to lamb stew, lamb chops or chicken fricassee.
