Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Small, unpeeled, seeded
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Attach shredding disc to the food processor bowl with shredding side up and grate cucumber in it.

MAKING
2) Take a small mixing bowl and put the shredded cucumber in it.
3) Mix in rest of the ingredients and refrigerate.

SERVING
4) Serve cold with tuna, salmon, seafood and other fish.
