Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Boneless pork chops 6 (Thin Or Thick)
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  White wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Quick cooking tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Beef bouillon granules/1 beef bouillon cube 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, strategically place the pork chops.
2) In a bowl, mix together onions, mushrooms, onion soup mix, mushroom soup and water..Top the chops with onions and mushrooms.
3) Pour it over the chops.
4) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 ½ to 5 hours.

SERVING.
5) Serve hot over rice.
