Ingredients
  Black cherries 1 Pound
  Raisins 2 Ounce
  Water 5 Fluid Ounce
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed spice 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan simmer all ingredients together for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
2. Through a sieve press and serve warm or cold.
