Ice Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg with the salt and sugar till the mixture is fluffy-thick. Add the melted butter or margarine, a little bit at a time, and beat well after every addition. Add the vanilla. Stir well.
2) In a small bowl, beat the cream till it is stiff and then fold into the egg-sugar mixture till there are no steaks of white left.

SERVING
3) Serve or use as preferred.
