Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Half and half/Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small (2 cup) microwave proof bowl or measure, combine chocolate and syrup
2. Heat in the microwave on MEDIUM power for about 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, until chocolate has melted completely.
3. Stir in cream then butter and vanilla.

SERVING
4. Serve the sauce over ice-cream, cake, sundaes etc.
