Tomato Sauce With Ricotta And Herbs

Ingredients
  Chopped onions 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  California tomato 9 Quart, peeled, seeded and diced
  Chopped fresh marjoram 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Ricotta cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Use a large skillet, to sauté onions and garlic in oil over medium-high heat until tender.
2) Add remaining ingredients to stir in except cheese.
3) Cook the ingredients over medium-high heat by frequent stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens.

SERVING
4) Serve the sauce by topping with 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese.
