Grilled Salmon Steaks With Pineapple Sauce
|Salmon steaks||4 , washed in cold water (Use Firm Ones)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened pineapple||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
1) Sprinkle the salmon steaks with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2) Place over a broiler and grill until cooked.
3) In a blender, puree the drained pineapple and blend in the mustard.
4) Serve the steaks immediately on a serving platter with the prepared pineapple-mustard sauce.
