Sauce For Duck

Ingredients
  Currant jelly 4 Ounce (Use 1/2 Jar)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (1/2 Cube)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix the currant jelly, butter, sherry, cinnamon, garlic and lemon juice well in a small bowl

FINALIZING
2. Just before serving, heat the sauce through well

SERVING
3. Serve on the table poured over the duck or serve on the side
