Orange And Green Grape Sauce
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned mandarin orange segments||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green grape halves||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Seeded)|
Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
Add orange juice and cold water.
Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until sauce is thick.
Stir in orange rind, lemon juice, and fruits.
When thoroughly heated and mixed, serve with poached fish.
