Beer Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg To Taste
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and spices.
2) Add beer and raisins and stir to mix.
3) Boil the mixture stirring constantly. Cook for 3 minutes till thick and clear.
4) Take off from heat and add lemon juice.

SERVING
5) Serve hot with ham slices.
