Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened apple juice/Unsweetened apple cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned meat tenderizer 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients together and gently simmer covered for 30 minutes.

SERVING
2) Use as required.

TIPS
For a more hotter sauce, add extra chili powder or a dash of cayenne.
