Hot Rum Raisin Sauce
|Apple||1 , peeled and diced|
|Apple pie spice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened apple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed|
1. Take a saucepan, add apple, raisins, apple pie spice and apple juice and mix well.
2. Place the saucepan on heat and allow to simmer for a minute. Mix in the rum and using a long match ignite.
3. Pour the ignited sauce on sliced bananas and serve immediately.
