1. In saucepan, pour in the cornstarch with 1-1/4 cups water until smooth. Bring to boiling point; boil, stirring, until thickened and translucent. This will take 5 to 8 minutes.
2. Add in the berries and set aside to cool.
3. Serve as a sauce
