Herbed Seafood Sauce
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1) Combine the parsley, garlic together.
2) Mix well and press over a fine sieve to extract the juices.
3) In a bowl, blend the juice with the mayonnaise, stir in rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4) Serve the sauce as a dip with the seafood as an appetizer.
