Bacon and Chive White Sauce
|Bacon slices||2 , crumbled (Cooked)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon|
1.Cook bacon and keep it aside.
2.In a 1 quart glass measuring pitcher, heat butter in microwave oven for 30 seconds at High.
3.Put flour to the melted butter and mix well.
Slowly add milk to the mixture and keep stirring.
4.Heat without covering for 4 minutes at Medium High.
5.Stir well after cooking for 2 minutes and then after every 30 seconds.
6.Put bacon, chives, and salt to the sauce.
7.Toss the sauce over fresh vegetables and serve.
