Cheddar Cheese Sauce
|Natural cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Attach shredding disc to the food processor bowl with shredding side up and grate cheese in it.
2) In a 1-quart saucepan, heated over low heat, melt butter and then mix in flour.
3) Cook the sauce over medium high heat after pouring in milk and then allow it to thicken by stirring constantly.
4) Take off the sauce from heat and add in cheese and salt.
5) Use as required.
