Spicy Meatballs With Peanut Sauce

  Lean boneless pork 1 Pound
  Chopped fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Large
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fish sauce/Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peanut sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1 Cut the pork into 1-inch cubes.Chop ginger and garlic in a food processor,then add pork,coriander,cumin,peper,fish sauce,and salt.Process in 2 or 3 second oulses until the meat is finely choppedand the mixture clumps together.
2 Form 1-inch meat balls with the meat mixture and chill until ready to cook. (Meatballs may be prepared several hours ahead.)
3 In a heavy skillet, heat oil and saute the meatballs over medium heat until evenly browned,about 10 minutes.
