Smooth Cream Sauce For Vegetables

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter flavored salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a non-stick saucepan, blend the flour, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne together.
2) Place the saucepan over a medium heat, stir continuously and cook until the sauce is smooth and thickened.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
