Sauce Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Oil 8 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Finely chopped herbs/1/4 teaspoon dried herbs (optional) 1 Tablespoon, dried (Such As Basil, Chives, Parsley, Tarragon)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, put the oil and vinegar. Alternatively, put the ingredients in a screw-top jar.
2) Use a fork to beat well or shake the jar.
3) Add seasoning of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

SERVING
4) Serve and use as required.

TIP
To make herbed vinaigrette, add the herbs.
