Strawberry Romanoff Sauce
|Fresh ripe strawberries||1 Pint, hulled|
|Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), defrosted but not diluted|
1. Take a blender, add strawberry along with juice concentrate.
2. Process, covered, the mixture by turning the blender on and off till berries turn just chunky.
3. Serve as desired.
Take care to avoid over blending the mixture to form puree.
