Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In small saucepan blend together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in water.
2. Place the pan on a low flame and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.
3. Take pan off the heat and stir in the margarine and vanilla to get a thick smooth sauce.

SERVING
4. Use the sauce hot or cold as required for making or topping desserts.
5. It can also be used to ice biscuits and frost cupcakes.
