Eggs and Mushrooms in Cheese Sauce
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Can, 2/3 Cup)|
|Shredded pasteurized process american cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Eggs||4 , hard cooked and cut in pieces|
|Bread slices||2 , toasted|
1. Take a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher and add mushrooms and butter into it. Microwave for about 2 minutes at High and stir it once during the cooking period.
2. Take a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole and microwave it for about 1 ½ minutes at High. Stir in cooked mushrooms, egg pieces and cheese and microwave it at serving temperature for about 4 minutes at Medium – High. Stir the mixture at every 2 minutes.
3. Serve it on toast.
