Grand Marnier Sauce
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), strained|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, finely grated|
|Grand marnier||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a small saucepan, add the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and orange rind,
stir continuously and cook until the mixture starts boiling. Alternately, cook in the microwave on HIGH for 2-4 minutes.
2) Then stir and simmer for about 3 minutes, allow to cool. Alternately, place in the microwave on MEDIUM for 1 minute.
3) Stir in the Grand Marnier liqueur and remove in a serving dish, just before serving.
4) Spoon the sauce over individual souffle servings and serve immediately.
