Savory Orange Sauce
|Espagnole sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Red wine||4 Tablespoon|
|Red currant jelly||2 Tablespoon|
1. Rub the Espagnole sauce through a fine strainer or perhaps twirl in a blender.
2. Add some lemon and orange juices along with jelly and wine.
3. Heat the prepared sauce and season it using some salt and cayenne.
4. Add in some sauceboat and serve this sauce with delicious duck breasts.
