Ginger Cream Sauce With Grapes

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cheese 2 Ounce, softened
  Plain nonfat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Frozen apple juice concentrate 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Green grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red grapes/Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a blender or food processor and process the ingredients such as yogurt, Neufchatel cheese, ginger and apple juice concentrate. Prepare a smooth puree.

SERVING
2. Divide the grapes in to 4 parfait glasses and pour equal quantities of the sauce on each glass over the puree.
