Beets In Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch/Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Beet juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned baby beets 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Drained)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and the beet juice
2) In a saucepan mix together the orange juice, lemon juice and vinegar \
3) Then add in the cornstarch
4) Cook the mixture till it becomes clear
5) Add in the sugar, salt and beets
6) Heat thoroughly with butter and some orange rind

SERVING
7) Serve as an accompaniment
