Cauliflower White Sauce Ii
|Cauliflower florets||500 Milliliter|
|Yogurt||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
Place Broth and cauliflower in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat until cauliflower is very tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add a little water, if necessary, to prevent scorching.
Place cauliflower in blender and process on medium speed with yogurt until mixture is smooth.
Cauliflower White Sauce can be served over stuffed fish or fish fillets.
