Avocado with Curried Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Double cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon twists 2
  Parsley/Basil leaves 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, prepare sauce by adding curry powder with garlic and mix with cream and mayonnaise.
2) In the sauce, add Tobasco and season it with salt and pepper.
3) Cover the sauce bowl and keep in fridge for 4-6 hours inorder to absorb flavor.

MAKING
4) After 4-6 hours, mix egg and parsley in the sauce and beat well.
5) Cut halves from avocado and discard the stones.
6) Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado halves.

FINALIZING
7) In 4 seperate plates, place the avocado halves.
8) On the avocado halves, spoon the sauce mixture.

SERVING
9) Top the avocados with parsley or basil leaves and garnish lemon twists on the side while serving.
