Chicken With Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Fryer 2 Pound, disjointed
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 6 Medium, chopped
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine 4 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked eggs 6
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan boil water and place chicken on it.
2) Mix lemon juice and salt; cook covered for 10 minutes.
3) Drain from the liquid and keep aside 2 cups broth.
4) In a saucepan heat fat and light brown the onions stirring constantly.
5) Mix 1 cup reserved chicken broth, chili powder and tomato paste and cook on simmering heat for 4 minutes.
6) Add wine, ginger, pepper and broth to the chicken and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
7) Make multiple peirce on the eggs and add to chicken mixture. Cook 3 minutes longer.

SERVING
8) Serve in a plate with hot rice or Ethiopian bread.
