Buttery White Sauce
|Plain flour||1 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine / 2 tablespoons oil||1 Ounce|
1) In a 1-pint bowl, mix flour with a little cold milk to form a cream.
2) Take a saucepan and allow remaining milk to boil with fat in it.
3) Stir this to the flour mixture.
4) Place the sauce back to pan and allow to come to a boil, stirring.
5) Add seasonings.
6) Use as required.
