|Golden syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Corn flour||1 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
Boil syrup, water and juice together.
Add cornflour, mixed with a little cold water, and boil for a few minutes.
Stir in a lump of butter.
