Salmon Pasta With Peppered Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Smoked salmon farfalle 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Heavy whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Smoked peppered salmon fillet 4 Ounce, skinned and diced (1 Fillet)
  Sweet cream butter 7 Tablespoon
  Minced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Follow package instructions to cook pasta and drain well, when done , reserving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.

MAKING
2) In the meantime, take a large nonstick skillet and heat cream in it over medium-high heat.
3) Add in salmon, butter, scallions, cooking liquid and seasonings when cream begins to thicken.
4) Cook sauce to a medium-thin consistency and mix in Parmesan cheese and pasta.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
