Salmon Pasta With Peppered Cream Sauce
|Smoked salmon farfalle||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Heavy whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Smoked peppered salmon fillet||4 Ounce, skinned and diced (1 Fillet)|
|Sweet cream butter||7 Tablespoon|
|Minced scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Follow package instructions to cook pasta and drain well, when done , reserving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
2) In the meantime, take a large nonstick skillet and heat cream in it over medium-high heat.
3) Add in salmon, butter, scallions, cooking liquid and seasonings when cream begins to thicken.
4) Cook sauce to a medium-thin consistency and mix in Parmesan cheese and pasta.
5) Serve hot.
