Spicy Cranberry Sauce
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick piece||3 Inch|
|Cranberries||1⁄2 Pound, washed and sorted (2 Cups)|
1. Combine sugar, water, stick cinnamon and salt in a small saucepan and heat to boiling.
2. Boil uncovered for 5 min. Add cranberries.
3. Continue to boil uncovered without stirring about 5 min., or until skins pop open. Cool and remove stick cinnamon. Serve with meat or poultry.
