Ingredients
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly and fold into whipped cream.
