Light Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Low fat margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Canned crushed tomatoes with puree 56 Ounce (2 Cans, 28 Ounce Each)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Dried italian seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large skillet, saute the onion, garlic and bell pepper in margarine till the vegetables have softened.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients and cook gently over low flame for 30 minutes.

SERVING
3) Serve or use as required.
