Make your steamed puddings even more dleicious with this creamy honey sauce. A truly wonderful blend of orabge juice, milk and honey in butter!
Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine honey, milk, cream and butter in a saucepan.
Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes, or until mixture becomes a smooth syrup.
Stir in juice.
Serve with steamed puddings.
