Clear Lemon Sauce

|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated rind of lemons||2|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Combine together sugar and cornstarch.
2) Pour in water and stir to blend.
3) Stir cook the mixture until slightly thickened and clear and remove from heat when done.
4) Mix in rest of the ingredients.
5) Use as required.
