Coffee Sauce

Ingredients
  Demerara sugar 2 Ounce
  Strong black coffee 1⁄2 Pint
  Arrowroot 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Water 4 Teaspoon
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in coffee on low flame
2. Now, mix arrowroot and water in a small bowl and add it to the coffee mixture
3. Remove the pan from the flame and add cream if you like

SERVING
4. Serve warm as appropriate
