Savory Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 4 Ounce, peeled and chopped
  Margarine/4 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon (Rounded)
  Water 3⁄4 Pint
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed with 1 level teaspoon salt
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 (Use Grated Rind And Juice)
  Yeast extract/Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Heat fat and gently brown onions and sugar in it.
2) Make a thick sauce by stirring in peanut butter, water, garlic, curry powder, yeast and lemon over low heat.
3) Else make a pouring sauce by pouring in water from cooked vegetables.

SERVING
4) Serve the sauce with cooked, vegetables.
