Jam Sauce

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Jam 3 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Make the cornflour into a smooth paste with a little of the water.
Boil the jam with the rest of the water and pour it on the paste.
Return to saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and strain.
