Fresh Lemon Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Heat butter and oil and sauté onions and garlic in it until onions are soft.
2) Mix in sugar, salt and spices and rest of the ingredients.
3) Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

SERVING
4) Use the sauce to barbecue beef, lamb, pork, or chicken or as a marinade for meats.
