Steak With Savory Herb Sauce
|Lipton creamy herb soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Tenderloin steaks/Sirloin / minute steaks||16 Ounce (4 Pieces, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Hot cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
1) Take a 1-quart saucepan and blend creamy herb soup mix with water and vinegar with the help of wire whip or fork.
2) Either broil or fry in pan the steaks until fully tender. Keep them warm.
3) Boil the soup mix while stirring constantly on low heat for 5 minutes.
4) Season with pepper.
5) Serve the steaks over the bed of hot rice topped with cooked mushrooms and sauce.
