  Bacon slices 3 , diced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green beans 4 Cup (64 tbs) (cooked)
Directions

MAKING
7. In a large bowl, place the beans in 1 1/2-quart casserole and spread them out.
8. Sauté bacon and onion in skillet; add sugar, corn- starch, vinegar and sherry. Cook this mixture while stirring to make it thick. Pour over the beans
