|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Green pepper||1 Large, chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced and chopped peel|
|Sage leaves||1⁄2 Dozen|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Wine||1 Pint (White Or Red)|
Melt the butter in frying pan with olive oil, then add all the remaining ingredients except the wine.
Saute until mixture is soft and the onions a golden brown.
Just before serving the ducks, add the wine to the mixture, and bring to a boil.
Pour over the ducks and serve.
