Ingredients
  Jalapenos 2 (Fresh Or Canned)
  Tomatillos with liquid 13 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and halved
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Seed and derib fresh jalapenos. If using canned, rinse and pat dry.
2) Chop chilies.

MAKING
3) Puree tomatillos, onion, garlic, chilies, coriander, and salt in food processor fitted with steel blade or in blender.
4) Pour into small bowl, cover, and refrigerate.

SERVING
5) Mix sour cream into sauce before serving.
