Omelette With Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onions spring 2 , finely chopped
  Celery sticks 2 , chopped
  Boneless chicken breast 1 , diced
  Minced pork 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6 , beaten
For garnish
  Onions spring 2
  Celery leaves 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In the beaten eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.

MAKING
2) In a wok or frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
3) Cook spring onions, garlic and celery for 1 minute.
4) Add the meats and cook for 2 minutes on high heat.
5) Mix corn flour with water and add the mixture into pan with sherry and soy sauce.
6) Cook on low heat for 15 minutes while stirring.
7) Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat the oil.
8) Pour the egg mixture and make omelete.

SERVING
9) In a serving dish, transfer the omelet.
10) Top it up with meat sauce and garnish with onion and celery.
