Ingredients
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Loosely packed fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Black pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender or a food processor, combine all the ingredients together and process till a thick paste consistency is achieved.

SERVING
2) Serve or use the sauce as required.
