Poached Eggs With Cheese Sauce
|Cheese sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1) In 3 greased patty pans, set over a poaching pan half filled with simmering water, break an egg into each and simmer covered until the eggs are firm.
2) In a frying pan half filled with simmering water, break an egg into the pan and simmer until the egg is firm.
3) Remove and drain over a kitchen towel, repeat with rest of the eggs.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate with the cheese sauce.
