Dried Beef With Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, dried
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour boiling water to cover over beef.
Let stand for 10 minutes; drain.
Heat butter, and cook beef in it for 3 minutes.
Stir in flour and orange juice.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
